The Moon is the Earth's closest neighbour in space and the Earth's only natural satellite. It is the biggest, brightest object in the night sky.

There are different phases of the Moon(Supermoon, Harvest Moon, etc) and tides in the Earth's oceans are caused by gravitational forces of the Moon and the Sun.

The first space flight was in October, 1957 by Russia's Sputnik 1. The Falcon rocket is a reusable rocket designed and made by SpaceX.

Shooting stars are actually a streak of light from burning dust or meteors entering the Earth's atmosphere from space.

The Northern Lights(Aurora Borealis) are caused by the interaction of solar radiation with the Earth's magnetic field resulting in a colourful light show in the night sky over the Northern Hemisphere.

The Sun is just one of a collection of billions of stars and this collection of stars is called the Galaxy. The Galaxy is just one of millions of similar groups of stars scattered across the Universe and there are many different types of galaxies named after their shapes(eg.spiral galaxies)
